Maverick may be getting on ride video.

When on maverick yesterday, I noticed a new looking box on the back of the car in front of me between the 2 seats. After looking a little closer, I noticed some ports and buttons with things like "shutter" and "camera".

It also had 2 sets of wires zip tied to it.

The box looked a lot like the ones on raptor.

Anyone know about this?

It does sound like those onride videos. Are they still on raptor? THey took them off woodstock express.

Are these things even selling? Didn't Raptor revert back to stills?

Onride audio?

Camera and shutter don't scream on ride audio to me.

I know, but rides with audio have boxes on their trains. Atleast the ones I have seen do. And with nobody buying videos for 20 bucks anymore it was just another thing I could think of. I know it wouldn't happen, but thats what I thought of.

Raptor still has the video, not stills.

Raptor has both.

Personally I think they are going to do it because Maverick would probably sell better then Woodstock Express.

Yeah I saw the boxes last friday. They are mounted on the back row of each car which have the CDRide logo on it.

It looks like Maverick is getting onride video.

Or stock footage of some other park. I hope its better than what I bought a few years ago.

Seems like an odd move. Glad I already have a few Maverick photos. I know you can still get a picture with the on board video system, but in my opinion, the quality isn't as good.

That's what I don't get, a ride that around 3 mins, on DVD cost 20 dollars plus tax. And it isn't even your hole ride, the put clips in left and right.

If and only if Raptor doesn't sell because the outrageous prices. I see people go up to the stand all the time and see price and laugh...

Sweet if Maverick gets a video but I was really, really, really hoping MIllie was going to get it. I guess I'll go back to my Voo Doo priestess and tell her I want a refund...what she promised didn't happen LOL

The website worked just fine.
