yes but wouldn't it help if half of the theming objects worked?

It would make it look cooler but not add to the experience.

Sorry to bring this back, but did they turn off all the water bombs for Halloweekends or do they just not work?

I think its just for Halloween, they turned them off last year too. However, when I visited in late Aug and Sept I noticed the last bomb was not working.

They turn off the bombs due to the spray drifting onto the bridge. It gets a bit cold in the fall months to be hit by water spray.

I bet they'll turn the water bombs back on for Opening Day.

It wasn't on the first weekend last year either. Cant remember when they turned it on again but it was sometime around Memorial Day.
