Maverick And TTD Cups

hey guys,
Has this happened to any of you? The straw on my maverick cup from last season broke in half from all the stress that it was under. If they sell the same cups next year, can i just ask for a new straw? if anyone has had this happen, or would like to share there ideas, please, don't be shy. ;)

Thanks

They probably won't replace the straw...
My question is: why can't you find another suitable replacement straw for the cup at a local store somewhere near you...?

Have you seen the straws for these things? they're not that easy to replace...

My kids lost our straw and they gave me a new one, but that was during the season. Chances are next year they will have a different cup and straw so your probably out of luck. If by chance they do have the same straw I think you could get a new one.

Well i know that if they dont sell them that im out of luck, but they might have them again in 09, the ttd cups were there for a couple of years.

I didn't really care for the cups this year. They leaked and the kids couldn't tell which end to pull out.

Look on ebay lol.

For some reason a used straw doesn't sound like something that I'd be interested in purchasing, even if I needed a replacement.

If its previous owner was an abercrombie model i'd be interested in buying it!

I miss the days of free refills.

As do I. I remember the western boot cups you could by for I think it was $9.95 that got free refills. With a little bit of work you could fit it into a cargo pocket, so you didn't even have to worry about leaving it somewhere while you rode.

And then one day you find ten years have got behind you
