I thought by the time it was removed the ownership had reverted back to Cedar Fair. Despite all of the hurt feelings I still think that when the ride came down in 2016 enough time had passed (and nearly all of Cedar Fair leadership had turned over) where they could have sold keepsakes without too much backlash.
Although I doubt the GL fanboys would have wanted a Bill Spehn autograph.
That above picture makes me wish my buddies & I would have collected track from the hillside in Cleveland we would explore in the early 70's. The Cyclone at Puritas Springs Park looked like quite the rush. We stumbled upon track remnants in the woods. Would have been difficult to transport on my Schwinn.
Well, this person could sell off a paddle-wheel boat and some shoot the rapid boats. I happen to do car festivities near there, and noticed it many years ago.
