Markings on parking lot

Forgive me if this is being discussed in another thread. We were at the Breakers this week and I noticed some red markings on the pavement in the parking lot between Breakers Tower and the Challenge park area. There are quite a few of them. Are they going to build something in this parking area?

Don't know, but sounds like underground electrical lines are being marked.

Yes, it's been discussed but forget where. I remember mentioning seeing "robot 1" and "robot 2" spray painted on the breakers parking lot closest to the mini golf.
