Malts at the Frontiertown Ice Cream Parlor

Are these things supposed to look and taste like little more than pure Hershey's syrup? I thought it was disgusting, but then I wondered if that's just how they make them?

What is the Frontiertown Ice Cream Parlor?

It's across from the arcade in Frontiertown. Right next to the "Comfort Station" restrooms if I remember right... I've never had a malt there, but their Ice Cream Sodas were pretty tasty.

Oh wow, I can't believe I've never noticed this.

Better known as "The Sweet Tooth" ice cream place.... that might clarify the confusion.

The malts have always been pretty rich. Hopefully that never changes! I love those malts, I make sure I visit there every time I hit the Point.

Yes, Sweet Tooth. In the title, I just meant "The Ice Cream Parlor in Frontiertown", not as if that was the name of the place.

Between the bad malt, the undercooked french fries, and the ice cold cheese sauce on the stale corn chips, and I'm getting increasingly annoyed with their midway food. It's almost like there needs to be more babysitting from management in the concessions.

On the upside, the service at Friday's seems a bit improved.

At Cedar Point I've only experienced friendly service & good food at one restaurant that was not of the sit-down type. And the winner is.....Chick-fil-A!!!!

It's rare for me to buy a dessert at Cedar Point and any that I have had are just ok.

I'm just sorry they won't be open when I'm there this Sunday. I guess I'm going to Friday's! *** Edited 5/31/2007 6:18:22 PM UTC by delphi94*** *** Edited 5/31/2007 6:19:34 PM UTC by delphi94***

I agree delphi... Chick-fil-A was very fast, very courteous, and the food was ready within 25 seconds of me ordering. They were all smiling, and they answered my thank you with a "our pleasure"...

On the other hand, when I went to the Roundup later in the day, the girl looked terribly annoyed with me. Frustrated that I asked questions about what came on a sandwich, and slouched over the register the whole time... That, and it took about 4-5 minutes to get my food, and the cheese wasn't even melted on my Western MELT...

It was a night and day difference...

What is it with Cedar Point's food and why can't it change!?!?! I remember it sucked when I worked there back in 1995 especially the hamburgers!
