I would prefer that they leave the Fascination building alone until they find a designer who has some good sense and good taste for designing amusement park buildings, Neon is a good thing. Hotels that look like hospitals (Breakers Tower) and retirement homes (Breakers Express) are not a good example for amusement park architecture. Am I the only person here who thinks the main gift shop next to Demon Drop is uninspired, uninteresting, and out of place particularly when compared with the other buildings along there?
Of course, what they really need to do is dress up the park side of the main entrance gate. I mean, think about it...all those people are coming through the gate, and the guerella photographers are standing there with their cameras to get group shots of people coming in for a fantastic day at Cedar Point. And what do they get for a background? A long, low building that has all the charm of a turnpike toll plaza. Even a sign across the top that says, "Thank you for visiting Cedar Point" would be an improvement!
