Magnum's Press Release

I would recommend going to www.popworld.com/dan/ before you read this. Read Magnum's press release and then, open the layout so you can read this and look at the layout at the same time because it is kind of confusing.

These are a bunch of questions on speculation.

I was looking at Magnum's press release on Dan's website. The press release said that it would be 201 ft. tall. How didn't they know that it would be 4 ft. higher? Did they find out that it wouldn't be able to crest the second hill at 201 ft.? If so, did they add 4 more ft. on so it would? Then, did they find out that it would be pulling too many G's in the original turnaround that is drawn on the layout? So did they change the turnaround so that it would burn some speed when it went over and then under the track, instead of gaining more speed by just going down as it is drawn in the layout?
I think the cars when they get to the top make it 205 feet high. the track alone is 201 FT. with a car at the top it is 205 ft. That is what I heard

Maybe next summer we should have someone drop a measuring tape of the side of Magnum to find out for sure what the truth is.

Go look at the guinness (sp) book of world records (1992) edition and I believe it says there.
