Assuming the weather is good, I'll be there. With having to work Friday, I'm not going to exhaust myself if it's going to rain. :-)

Dragster is just a bonus ride. Magnum's 1 hour of ride time will begin when the regular line runs out. Dragster will end at 10:45 regardless of when ride time starts.

Yeah, read the Point Perks again. Magnum is the bonus.
My wife and I will be there, but we have never done an ERT before. The weather is looking pretty gloomy so we are hoping it doesn't get rained out. Will they wait for the rain or does weather cut into the ERT?
Since they just do this once a year for each ride, how do they handle weather disruptions?
There is a chance of rain. But it is less of a chance in the evening than during the day. Look slike everything Ben's been chasing will be following him to Ohio.

I don't blame you Mike. Regardless of what the weather is like or what ride it is, these ride nights feel as far from the word "exclusive" as can be.......in my opinion. Of course it's nice for the non enthusiast platinum pass holders and some others who might enjoy them. But after having been to a few Joe Cool ride nights in the past.....nothing has compared to them since.
I think Aerosmith wrote a song about this type of feeling. :P

Planning on being there.
Last years' Sept.12 TTD ERT night was AMAZING. There weren't enough 'Platinum passers' to fill the trains so Robin Innes let us go directly from unboarding a train directly to a train waiting to be filled,no long 'walk around'. I lost count after 18 rides.

I'll be there regardless, but it does look like it could be a dicey day for precip. The front doesn't actually pass until Friday morning according to the latest model runs.
And good if Magnum is considered a 'Bonus' because I won't be riding that other pile of junk ;)
Also, nothing this crazy in Ohio :) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=src03lNLIKI
60% chance of rain from 3pm to 10pm and then it starts tapering off. So, hopefully this is a fast moving system and will be through the area quicker. I'll check again later before I decide whether or not to go.

The future-cast (6 hours look ahead) radar on weather.com looks not too bad. I figure it's a fifty fifty shot at this point. I'm gonna go up. Looks like a system is moving in around 5 and should dissipate around 7 or so. Anyone want to meet for dinner around 6:15pm.

I'll be pulling out of Euclid (east suburb of Cleveland) at 6pm to avoid the rush hour traffic. Won't get to the Point until about 7:15/7:30.
