After getting a request on Facebook, I created a Magnum lift hill ringtone. I know it works on my iPhone. If you want to give a shot on Android, here it is:
https://pointbuzz.com/Content/magnum-ringtone
Let me know if there are any issues with length, looping, etc. It's been a while since I created ringtones.
The URL is wrong, and if I correct it and go to the right URL, I'm downloading a zero-byte file that comes down as "magnum.m4r.txt" so there is something wrong somewhere...

The link is fixed.
Might be a MIME type issue. I'll check.
I don't think the content site has that MIME type. You could just make it an MP3. Android phones can use MP3's for ring tones. I'm sure Apple would make you use something else not standard. :)

I updated it to an MP3. Yeah, it's Apple that had me create a m4r.
Awesome. My question is, how do I make it into a ringtone on my phone?

On Android (the more recent versions):
Download file > Settings > Sounds > Advanced > Phone Ringtone > From here it varies but it's going to be something along the lines of browsing to the download folder and selecting the sound.
Let me know if there are further questions with Android or varied flavors.
Apple probably requires something proprietary that you have to pay for, if anyone with an iPhone can answer that I'll leave it to you. It would take me awhile to figure it out and it depends on the iOS version and the phone model.
Still haven't been able to uncross these circuits...

This should help any iphone users. A few places down howtogeek has a good piece.
