Magnum promo

Is there a Magnum promo? If so, can you get it? It would be sweet to see one that old!
Lets see...a Magnum promo vid. That does'nt seem like it would be that good of a video anyways. OK, if you think about it...it would be put out in 88-89. Back then it was the 386 or 486. That vid would be pretty crapy looking.

They probably didn't even have a 3D model for Magnums promo.

Around the time of Magnum was when 3D models probably realy took off for a coaster co. Think about it...Disney Coaster came out in 85 if I'm not mistaken, it technicaly was a 3D coaster game. Pretty sucktacular by todays standards but back then, it was awsome, and probably used by some companys to show roughly how a coaster would act. They more than likely used primative CAD programs though.

I love Disney's Coaster. Speaking of coaster i heard of an add-on program for it called "Air Time." Anyone heard of it? If so, know where i can get it???
Coaster was good. I know some guy made some free-wear that allowed you to have overbanked turns, and to bend curves, so you don't get this boring 90 degree track layout. The only coaster I could make at CP without it was the Blue Streak (and it was metal!). I will try and find it. Since you are from Elyria, I hope you are more pumped about CP than other people I know from that town. CP is like right there.

The editor for the old Disney game is called DC-edit.
Yeah Thats it!!!. I found it here

I guess the guy works at CP too

I made a MF with DC edit. It turned out OK considering the limited area.

This is amazing. This thread stated out talking about a magnum Promo, and 8 post later we are talking about MF being created on an old software program modified with some free-wear. Its funny the direction some threads go.

Trivia: The guy who wrote DC-Edit used to run the Blue Streak...
