Magnum Dan passes the Crown?

The story made the news in Toledo tonight. Not surprising considering it was the only thing in the newscast that wasn't about the tall ships visiting out worthless town.

BTW, congrats to both of you on being written about. I've got my little tally sheet I've been keeping for the last three years, but my numbers will never be that impressive.

The front page of the Bellevue Gazette has a photo of Robert and Dan riding in the front seat. It was taking by Scott Shaw of the plain dealer. So Dan and Robert you made our front page too. :)

I think it's pretty pathetic that you guys rag on Robert he is a really awesome guy who truely does love the Magnum and he is not trying to get anyones attention. I think some people are making some pretty bogus comments about him. And his count is accurate I work on the crew. Oh, and Dan you need to put your foot down and tell your chic that your getting married under the lift hill you could fit a lot of friends and family underneath there.

I was thinking the same thing, Playa. Frankly, Dan made the right decision...as much as he might love Maggie, his fiance will be the main woman in his life from now on. Best to keep her happy.

Hey James thanks for putting your two cents in. I met Robert sometime in june when he was going for his 600th ride. Just cause he dosn't know you guys or posts here or even if he don't have A girlfriend dosnt mean crap. Ask any of us ride operators over at magnum, the magum hotshots or even the pretzel stand next to the entrance. This is his hobbie so let him be. If any you need to go up to him and not just bash him like you do here. Maybe if you meet him you get to know him and actually see that he is not a bad guy.

DELETED! What time does the water show start?

I finally made it back to the park for the 1st time since opening day. And I got to meet Robert before getting on Magnum for 1st ride. I hung out with him all day. He was a lot of fun! We managed 47 rides. Good considering TTD was closed!

Wish Dan could have been there so we could have terrorized the ride together! LOL
