Magnum bunny hop hills really painful?

Don't get me wrong, I LOVE Magnum, but I find it funny that you have to follow a 3 step guide to enjoy a pain-free ride... I never really had a problem with pain on Magnum until my last visit. I had one of the most brutal rides I have ever experienced. I literally was begging for the ride to be over.

Magnum could be a better ride in they overhauled the trains and added new lap restraints.

The guide really only applies to 1/18th of the seats on the train, 1/6th of the total seats on all three trains. If you want to get an idea of what it is like, try sitting back one row, in the front seat of the second car. There you get the added benefit of significantly more leg room.

I have found its much smoother in the front cars.At least I think so. And someone said a few posts earlier to leave your lap bar a little loose is always a good idea!

Magnum is my favorite ride BECAUSE of those magical triangular bunny hills. :)

Exactly! My favorite ride also, for that very same reason. Much more fun for me than the newer rides with their computer engineered hills that give a very in control feeling to the ride. Magnum has the rough and tumble, let it rip feeling to it that I just love.

I'd rather be in my boat with a drink on the rocks,
than in the drink with a boat on the rocks.

Exactly why I'm not a big fan of Diamondback.
