Lots and lots of tollway.

I will be traveling from Chicago to CP this year and I noticed on the map that I-80 which is the whole stretch of the trip starting in Indiana is a tollway. Does anyone have an idea of how many tolls that is? I hate tollways to begin with but it is the most direct route.
You will pay a toll when exiting the Indiana Pike at the Ohio border. You will cross a short stretch of "no-man's land" and get on the Ohio Turnpike. When you exit at SR 4 or US 250, you will pay a toll for Ohio. That's all, unless you count the parking lot at CP. :)

Watch those tolls, though. The combined Indiana/Ohio Turnpike tolls to Cedar Point are, last I checked, right around the $10 mark.

Sorta made me wish for the tollbooths when I last had to make the journey from Chicago. :)

I WILL ride that big blue rollercoaster!
Chitown, it costs $4.20 for the Ohio portion of the trip. Indiana also has a ticket system, but I forget how much it is. It takes about 4 - 4.5 hours from Chicago, depending on the weight of your foot. =)
I usually make the trip from Chicago, to Toledo in about 4 hours! Needless to say I have a lead foot!! I hope there is no cops that post on this site, if there is........Then i always ride with Jeff, I tell him not to speed but he wont listen! LOL

The more you ride it, the more you want it!
