I pre-oreded it a couple weeks ago from Chips and Bits. It was only $19.95.
It's coming out September 20th anyway, so why preorder? I'd rather not pay for shipping - and then wait for it!

In stores it will retail for 29.99 so you save money by buying it from Chips and Bits.
If you're going to buy it, help out GTTP:

I just bought mine from that link .
i dont know if anyone has mentioned this yet but i wish they would come out with a version that lets you light up your park and rides and actually see the lighting that you designed like maybe a night version i dont know if they can do this or if they have done it just a thought that would be cool though
Plus you are saving $10 over Amazon

Is the only way you can buy it packaged with Corkscrew Follies? I already have CF (2 copies, actually, because my husband and I play at the same time on 2 computers), and I'd rather not pay the extra to get the bundle.

I had never heard about them selling it as a two-pack, but I'm sure it is offered as a stand-alone because there are so many people that already have the other two. I've been playing CF again recently in anticipation of LL arrival! Can't wait to build Magnum as it was meant to be done, trains and all!

I don't think that it is offered as a stand-alone. My guess is that CF and LL are on the same CD, and that is the only way to get it.
Ok, heres how LL is. It has 2 versions. One with CF and one without.
A night version could probably be done, but it would be rather difficult, and pretty cheesy.
For the people who don't know, with RCT you can't and never will be able to ride your rides. The engine for the game would'nt alow it.
My only complaint with LL is that I only see 2 new flat rides in all of the screen shots. They need more flat rides (spin and pukes, whirl and hurls...etc).

Can't wait until it comes out! I bet it will only be $19.99 though that is all C.F. was!

Ll has 2 versions? Cool, now I won't have to buy CF again? Where did you hear that?
Mantis Maniac-you nailed that one. Ever try to make a CP park. The people who have use the scrambler at least 5-10 times. There just isn't enough variety. They should have Himalaya type rides along with the Witch's Wheel and Chaos. I just think it would add a heck of a lot more variety to the game.
On another note, do all of you have to use your CF CD even if you do the full installation? I do. I installed it like 3 different times thinking I screwed up but all in all I have to use the CD every time. So will Loopy Landscapes eliminate the need for that or will it want 2 CD's at once? That would be stupid. I just hope that the game eliminates the need for that.
You always have to use the CD to avoid piracy (people installing copies for their friends, which is illegal.) I really don't mind this, it only accesses the cd for a couple seconds at the beginning of the game to make sure you have it(which is good because my CD-ROM drive is really bad!)
Since Loopy Landscapes will be the most recent variation, it stands to reason that that is the CD you'll have to have in the drive. It accesses when you want to load/save too, because my drive kicked out a couple weeks back and I couldn't play for a few days! Withdrawal symptoms and all. You'd think I liked coasters or something... *Grin*

IS there going to be a version that is JUST Loopy Landscapes though??? For those of us who already have RCT and Corkscrew??
So we're not screwed in buying CSF twice?? I haven't seen an 'official' word anywhere...

Looking for me?? Check The Red Garter...
It is scheduled to be released next Wednesday (9-20) so I guess we'll find out then.
