...We hope you have a great day here at Cedar Point America's Rockin' Roller Coast
Wow those pics are great! It lets you see just how high 310 feet is. One thing I can say is I surely wouldn't want to be those guys on top of the hill!

A couple interesting notes.
1) It appears that there is a parallel track running the length of the lift. This is visible on the righthand picture. This must be part of the evacuation system.

2) It also appears that there is more structure up than we know. In the large picture on the bottom of the page, you can make out what appears to be structure for the crossover hills. Of course, this could be aliasing of the footers.

Once again, kudos to Dan Feicht for the great pics.

Did anyone notice the one crane, it looks like it's in front of Breakers East (picture with Power Tower, just to the left of it)? Are my eyes playing tricks on me, or what the heck are they doing over there?

probably something to do with the trains they store over in the parking lot. You can see them covered by blue tarps.

Or it may be something for Giant Wheel which is not to far away.

It did say something about 48 million. Where did the other 20 or so million go? I know it's not costing them that much to do all the stuff with the wheel.
Did you guys see the video? It's amazing! You have to download it!
did you guys notice the American flag, at the very top of M.F.?

It's traditional to top off a steel structure with a flag, and I thought a pine tree. No tree this time.

***I just realized someone else posted earlier in a different thread about this, but it merits rehashing***

Just a note - if you haven't downloaded the new video from cedarpoint.com, I would HIGHLY encourage even the hearty souls cruising along at 14.4 to do so. Absolutely unbelievable footage and well worth the download time.

Also, any doubters as to whether or not this is going to be one HELL of a ride will probably have their questions answered...

Guide To The Point 1 is really good value...

the video I saw didn't have anything on the station. Where did you see it? Did you download the MPG video?

I can not seem to find the construction video on the site. Where is it? It is probably right under my nose!

The only way to get to the topping page is from the home page, as the navigation on the other MF pages hasn't been updated.
