I think it shows 2 sections of track could run over it side by side.

Correct. there is 2 pieces already connected so that alone pretty much squashes those rumors. Now we just have to wait and see where all this white track will go. Every piece of white track is curved. All the break run (sofar) is red and there is 2 pieces of what looks to be launch track is sitting the Soak City parking lot which are also red. So all this white is either going to be part of the supposed top hat or for one big turn. The only thing that i have to question about it being part of the top hat is that there is 2 pieces of "twisting" track that look to be for a top hat, which are also both red. So who knows, this should get more interesting very soon!
