Locker problems?

So I go to Cedar Point a lot, and I often carry a hologram backpack on me that contains my phone, wallet, sketchbook and other things I need for the day like Advil. I often come in for early entry and get a locker at Valravn, Gatekeeper, or Millennium Force. After that I just ride the rides and then change my location to a ride with a locker, say Skyhawk or Steel Vengeance. So I enter my 7 digit identification code and password and then press enter expecting my locker number and expiration time. But, no, it tells me my info is incorrect, when yes, I did enter it correctly and checked it with my own two eyes that it was correct. So I try again and the machine says my info is correct, so I just talk to a locker attendant and they have to give me a $10 coupoun, and I have to make another ID number to use the multi use lockers again.

Does anyone else have this problem? If you guys had some solutions it would be great.

If they have $10 coupons ready to go like that it sounds like it is a common and expected software glitch. Probably not much the end user can do about it.
