Live-E (plays)

The story of the tell tale heart in the glass blowing theater was excellent. It kinda brought me to the point that why doesn't CP do more story telling like this for Halloweekends? (It would be cool to jump out in the audience too!)I didn't get to see the sleepy hollow one a couple years ago but, I would like to see more of the storytelling. And not just the witches but other stories as well. Kinda like 20 minute plays. That would be great! CP does a lot of musicals, but no real plays, I think CP has huge potential! They could even use Oceana for plays, and or concerts. I also believe this might help bring back an older audience. Since CP has a thrill seeker feel to it. I believe Jeff even mentioned something of the sort on CB.So what do you think?

I'd have to agree with you. The guy that does the tell tale heart is top notch. By far it is my favorite halloweekends live-e. The more live entertainment the better. I was really happy with the summer entertainment, but I agree a skit or two would add something to it. During the summer it's mostly musical numbers. I think I like the music/skit combinations the best. Something that has an ongoing thread besides type of music....

Get with it or die in the process.....

Wow...I couldn't get my son to consider going in for the story...he thought it would be more for kids. But I'd love to hear a good storyteller tell the Tell Tale Heart story, or ANY Poe stuff for that matter.

I'll definitely check this out closing weekend.

Oh it was excellent. It was a differet way of telling it but the delivery was wonderful. Definetely a must see, get there early, it tends to get crowded if you want a seat.

I really enjoyed the trial of Gravedigger Dick, which was held at Cedar Junction from 1997-1999. That was one of my favorite HalloWeekends' shows.

They had more of these types of shows in the past. But most of these were on the Trail, which is now used for the Fright Zone.

Hey, I just came up with a cool idea. Since CP has Fort Sandusky, why not to something with it! Have people dress up or something as soldiers and tell tales. That would be pretty cool, what do you all think???
