We're live.
I just rode it and it's much better than Mantis. I think it's more intense.

How are the special night effects? From the pictures that the park has tweeted it looks as if the only fog is at the bottom of the first drop. Am I wrong? I hope so.
There are also lighting effects. Very nicely done.
Awesome! I was (Rougarou) Without the 1 but my account got deleted. Hey Walt, is there fog of themeing anywhere else in the ride? Looks awesome!
Looking fantastic!
Can you tell if the trim brakes are on or not? It sounded like from the videos that they were, but I can't tell.
Commenting on a pic of Tony being interview....

But it is interesting that they are using shirts with a logo on them. I have not seen them do that before.
I would take a just ride it shirt from nike any day of the week. Think about.... Dri fit coaster shirts
SV ruins all other rides.
Good ride. No trim. A little rough on the head near the end. Makes you wish they did the Maverick restraints on this.
The only special effects (if you can really call them that) were a little misting under the first loop and a few spinning projected light designs like the ones that you see on the midway during halloweekends. There was a speaker cycling werewolfish sounds in the woods behind the misting (in the blood on the bayou area) but it's unclear if that is permanent.
Btw it is funny always looking at the webcams seeing the wide open GTT area, but with the fence you don't see a thing at ground level and frankly it looks normal. I forgot all about it and Dodgem as I was walking by.
More enjoyable than Mantis was. Still a bit rough for my old bones - my head and neck would have liked a "soft" restraint. I enjoyed it but I won't be able to marathon ride it.
Tony was rockin' the green shoes.
Loved watching the sunrise over Lake Erie from the lift hill - there's something you don't see from a roller coaster every day!
Going back tonight with my little ride warrior - hope the rains hold off or stay very scattered.
My daughter and I were able to get in 10 rides this morning! Rougarou is a totally different ride experience than Mantis. The back row was the most enjoyable, it was absolutely amazing with the trims off! It was also cool to experience Rougarou in the dark, and at sunrise.
