Line passes? Something else?

Being nosy.... saw several people at the park today with sheets of paper that appeared to be front of line passes. Any idea what they are, and why they would be distributed? Been to the park a dozen times this summer and never saw it before, but saw it on several occasions tonight. I was thinking maybe bc a ride broke down and they got stuck, or maybe because Cedar Point Shores looked like it closed early due to weather? Again, just curious :) They looked like index card sized sheets of pink or blue paper.

Plinko front of line passes or medical passes are the two I believe.

The Policy Booklet is for people with Disabilities which they can't wait in line. If that is the subject what this is for.

Could be parent swap too

Did they come through the exit? If so those were likely exit passes which are typically given to people when they get stuck on rides or in other situations. If they came through fast lane it was just plinko passes which you can win from games

The booklets are for alternate access which a lot of people incorrectly think lets people skip lines, on those you get a wait time written on it based on how long the line is and then come back up the exit when your boarding time hits
