This June I will be staying in a cabin at Lighthouse Point. I have never been in one of the cabins before, and I was wondering if each cabin has a personal shower. The website says it has a bathroom, but I am not positive that that entails a shower. Thanks!

Ok....I guess thats a good thing. From what I have heard on here and seen in pictures, they look to be like alot of fun.

The showers in the cabins are fine, I have used one myself and it was good.
We'll miss you MrScott and Pete
No,
they figured since the cabin was so close to the lake that people would just jump in the water to clean off.
j/k.
what you've just said is one of the most insanely idiotic things I have ever heard.
Everyone in this room is now dumber for having listened to it.
I award you no points, and may God have mercy on your soul.
Hopefully they have more hot water than the campground showers in that area do. I took a shower there last July and the water never got over tepid. And I got up early!
Each cabin/cottage is idependent of the others and as it's own hot water heater, furnace, etc. Unless you with a couple of water hogs that take half hour soakings, you'll be fine.

There are also signs in them that say recovery time is something like 15 or 20 minutes.

Ok, thanks. Maybe I will just shower in the evenings after a long day at the park as oposed to in the morning.

Also, if this matters, (and if my memory hasn't failed me) the cottages don't really have a "tub" space with the shower, but the cabins do.
If I remember correctly the showers weren't meant for tall people. I am six feet tall and I felt like I had to squeeze into the shower. My wife and her family loved staying in the cabin. We had six people in the cabin so hot water was scarce.
