Lighthouse Point - Cottage or Cabin

I'm planning a trip to the point on Memorial Day weekend and may have a rather large group going with. I know technically you are only supposed to have 5 people stay in a cottage or cabin but I know more can fit. My question is...which has more sleeping space the cottage or the cabin? I've stayed in the cottage before but the cabin has that loft area. How many if any can sleep up there?

Somehow I have a feeling that discussion of breaking the rules (i.e. more people than allowed in a room) is not allowed on these boards. If I'm wrong, Walt or Jeff can correct me and we can discuss it.

6 people is the maximum in the cabins, I believe.

Cabins and cottages both accommodate up to six guests.
