Once in a while you'll hear someone yell over the mic, "Please don't throw anything from the train."
SOmeone did this just as the brakes disengaged for launch, and the shoe broke the light curtain, and the ride had to be reset.
Then, I forget who it was, but they said over the mic: "Attention riders on the platform, let this be a lesson learned that if you throw things from the train, your ride will be delayed...Now we have to wait all over again for the magnets to recharge and launch you out of the station. Thank you, and enjoy the rest of your day at Cedar Point."
A boldish statement.
Not to be confused with Twisted Wicker 08 from 2002
Really funny story.. my friend Justeen workded WT its opening year, and one day while she was working... a butterfly broke the curtain and shut the ride down. Yeah, try telling that to park op. "wicked twister is down loaded a butterfly broke the light curtain" lol

^Magnets to recharge?
Yes, there is a 60 second restart delay between cycles. Once the ride is "engaged" and the brakes are raised, if someone breaks the light curtain before the train launches, the restart delay starts over.
