This isn’t a very complete list, I’m sure I could probably think of songs that fit each coaster better, but here it goes.

Millennium Force- Elevation (U2), Life in the Fast Lane (Eagles) or MF theme techno remix

Mean Streak- Bad to the Bone (George Throughgood)

Wicked Twister- Twist and Shout (Beatles)

Mantis- Falling in Love is Hard on the Knees or Walk this Way (Aerosmith)

Raptor- Fly Like an Eagle (Steve Miller) or What I Like About You (The Romantics, I heard it in line once and now that song always reminds me of Raptor)

Gemini- Ride With Me (Nelly) or I Wanna Hold Your Hand (Beatles)

Magnum- We Will Rock You (Queen) or Won’t Get Fooled Again (The Who, although this song would be entirely too long)

VertiGo- Kryptonite (Three Doors Down)

Power Tower (TD)- Stairway to Heaven (Led Zepplin)

Power Tower (SS)- To the Moon and Back (Savage Garden, yes, the band sucks, but the song just fits)

Blue Streak- Greased Lightning (Grease Soundtrack)

That’s all I can think of for now, I know I can think of more, but my brain just isn’t functioning tonight.

Millennium Force: "So you wanna be a cop"~Morning Glory

OK, my turn.  And because Servo told me to, I'll keep the U2 content to a minimum!

Millie: Gotta go with Servo here - "Elevation" by U2

Magnum: "Machinehead" - Bush or "Exit" - U2

Ra(l)p(h)tor: "Alive" - Pearl Jam or "Theme From Mission Impossible" - Adam Clayton & Larry Mullen, Jr.

Mantis: "Rock & Roll" - Led Zeppelin or "The Fly" - U2

Corkscrew: "Revolution" - Beatles (DUH!) or "Desire" - U2

Mean Streak: "I Think I'm Paranoid" - Garbage or "Out Of Control" - U2

Blue Streak: "Things To Make And Do" - U2

Gemini: "Come Out And Play" - Offspring or "Two Hearts Beat As One" - U2

DT: "Helter Skelter" - Beatles or "Daddy's Gonna Pay For Your Crashed Car" - U2

Mine Ride: "Love Rollercoaster" - Ohio Players or "Everlasting Love" - U2

Iron Dragon: "Thunderbird" - ZZ Top or "MOFO" - U2

There may be a couple others I forgot - sue me.

Shootin' for 10,000! :)

Wait, if you've got Helter Skelter by the Beatles for DT, why not Helter Skelter by U2?  (Rattle & Hum)

Just because I have a fast car, doesn't mean pull me over on my way to CP!

Metallica~

Magnum: Fight Fire With Fire (starts slow, then kicks in)
MF: Fuel (Fast through the whole song)
Raptor: Battery (at night, it sweet!)

Megadeth~

DT: Hanger 18 (just the solo at the end...it's as long as the ride)
Mantis: She-wolf (If you cue it up to be in sync with the POV, it kicks in just as you start to turn before the drop...it also says "preying mantis" as you head up the lift)

-------------
MF count: 23

Hmmm, rissabo so much for variety??  But I would have to agree with alot of your choices.

I will just add a few changes staying on the U2 theme.

-I like Servo's Where The Streets Have No Name by U2 for Magnum.  I never thought of it but the intro does fit Maggies lift hill climb.

- For M. Force I would go with Mofo by U2.

Other than that, you can just go ahead and insert most other fast paced U2 songs for the remainder of the rides!  (I guess I have NO variety ;)  )

YEAH! Leftover Crack rocks.
My friend's band played a show with them not too long ago, around the same time we played with Virus and Antidote. Great shows.
Just thought I'd say that.

Um, I had thought of that, but Servo told me to keep the U2 to a minimum.

yeah well, you did a really great job of it in the first place...hehehehe....

actually, some of your NON-U2 choices were better!!!

not putting the Boys down or anything...it's just a fact.

May 2002: U2 Fan Coaster-Con @ CP! ELEVATION, BABY!

Hey, remember this thread?

I've thought of one more:
Raptor-Bohemian Rhapsody. I just hope the song isn't too long. Lift hill- slow part. Fast area off the lift hill with the majority of the inversions-the operatic part. Staightaway to the final corkscrew and the helix finale- the rock part. This song might also work for the Magnum.

Andrew L. of Waterville, OH
Cedar Point, the cure for the Summertime blues!

I would have to say Blue by Eifel 65 for the Blue Streak for obvious reasons...lol
hehehehe...i was just thinking about this thread today!! wow you read my mind, Fordman!!

i think that "Right Here Right Now" by Jesus Jones would be a good MF song.

like the "Bohemian Rhapsody" thing too. although, i can't hear that song without laughing due to the "Wayne's World" memories.

this message brought to you by letter U and number 2

Millennium Force- Blue by Eiffel 65

P.O.D - BOOM
