Did anyone else happen to be at the park today and see Lebron James? I noticed him while the wife and I were in Dragster's station...well we noticed a huge crowd suddenly leave as if they were heading home. and when we got off Dragster...LBJ just was sitting outside the photo-op building on the concrete ledge...him and about 20police officers. I did notice a few St. Vincent players there with him, but does anyone know why he was there?

(btw he's kind of hard to see but he's to the right of the man in the center)
quote from Mean Streak operator, "Welcome to Mean Streak. It's so mean it'll rip the heads off your Barbie dolls and steal your lunch money!!!"
oh this could be a fun game....
he was there because that's as close as he can get to Cleveland without having a stone thrown at him

Because FL doesn't offer CP-type thrills and chills, as he is now realizing! ;)
fast...Faster...FASTEST!
Actually, Lebron is too tall to ride the premier coasters at CP (MF, TTD, Maverick). They have a max height of 78 inches, Lebron is 80 inches tall. Although, who knows if this policy is strictly enforced for him.

I would have rather been there when Miley was there! :)
Its celeb week at the park I guess. Watch, on Wednesday when I go I'll see Drew Carey.
Let's Get Weird.
I also would like to see DREW CAREY at the Point. He has lost 80 pounds and nobody would recognize him.
So, did he have an hour long special dedicated to his decision to get in line for Magnum vs. Raptor, or what?

Yeah.
In the end he decided on Sheikra, and left the park.

I think it's funny how people in cleveland are so mad at him. The last I checked, he was an adult who can make his own decisions. Not only that, but basketball is a buisness. Every single player that is is the NBA, is in it for the money and fame. He does not owe anybody, anything.
How many years was he in cleveland? I don't follow basketball too closley, but I know it's been a while.
Can you honestly tell me, if you were in his shoes(big shoes at that), that you would not take the offer to go to a team with several other all stars on it that have more of a chance to win a championship, and to top that off....it's in florida. Not cleveland.
Get over it cleveland.....
what you've just said is one of the most insanely idiotic things I have ever heard.
Everyone in this room is now dumber for having listened to it.
I award you no points, and may God have mercy on your soul.
I have no problem with LeBron leaving. None. Yea, I said it. He wants to leave the city that gave him his big break? Fine, no problem. Its his choice.
Its just the way that he left that disappointed everyone. We're not mad because he left, we're mad because of the way he left. He strung us along for months, giving us hope that Cleveland might still get that championship we've been chasing for almost 50 years. But then he goes against everything he's ever said about not chasing championships, not giving up on a team, and wanting to build his own team from the ground up.
Then he has the balls to take an hour out of ESPN prime time broadcasting, only to tell Cleveland Fans that he thinks we're better off without him. He doesn't even tell the Cavs owner or GM that he won't be coming back. They find out the same time the fans do. We brought in everyone he asked for, we fired our head coach, and then he abandoned us.
Cleveland, we deserve better players (on a personal level) than LeBum James.
