I'd never seen one of these before visiting the park this weekend. But, sure enough, every time we passed by there was a crowd gathered around it. I'm interested to learn about some of the history behind it, even if it did creep me out a little, haha.

Does this do anything other than laugh? I don't understand the fascination.
