Last years news...

I was under the impression that Top Thrill Dragster was going to be in operation, with no faults. I thought that I read an article at the late virtual midway. It stated that Top Thrill Dragster was worked on all all of the "down season" Cedar Point promised that it would have no problems for the '04 season. Can anyone explain why TTD is getting back into the smae mode as last year?
