Labor Day Crowds

After working at the park all summer I would love to visit on the last "normal" operating day. What are crowds like on Labor Day...I see reasons for both large and small crowds?

And you'll see both large and small crowds on any given Labor Day. I think a lot has to do with weather, but the chances of seeing a small crowd are better than those of seeing a large crowd

Last year on Labor Day it was sunny with temps in the mid to upper 60's. The lines for most of the rides were less than 30 minutes, and this was with MF being down due to the cable snapping. So stay away at all cost! ;)

The Sunday before Labor Day on the otherhand was packed, even the auxiliary entrance on Magnum had to be used.

My experiences at the park are pretty well reflected by the observations of Gemini, MrScott and Joe E. I think the Monday holiday will be pretty good for crowds, with a large crowd Sunday. Just remember, there certainly can be surprises in CP attendance!
