Kinzel, CF Employees take first ride

Just thought I'd pass the word on down, Kinzel and other Cedar Fair/Point full timers took their first rides on Wicked Twister last night (4/24/2002). The ride was very well received, being described as "Awesome!" It wont be long before we get our chance to "Break The Scream Barrier" too.

Since I'm going to be working on the ride as well, I was just wondering how easy is it to operate? Also, do we get to wear a headset while spieling? I start on May 6.

Yesterday some employee's got to ride along with some others while the TV commercials were shot.

Don't know about that one - but I'd imagine so considering the changes that are supposed to take place up on the Magnum platform this season.

Its about time they test Maggie! :) Is MF the only ride left to be tested?

Mine Ride hasn't been tested yet I don't think... Maggie is waiting for the lift chain finished being installed from what I heard.

. Yes, they replaced it before it snapped.

Too bad.. no "When will it snap" pool this year..

Yea, I heard about the new chain on Magnum. We really didn't think that chain was going to make it through last year to be honest! :) I just wanted it to break while I was on there. (yes Jeff, we know about that one time on Superman! ;))
