Kings Island to Cedar Point

This summer we are flying into Cincinnati to spend a few days at Kings Island and then driving to Cedar Point. Last time we did this we went through Columbus and my GPS stopped working and we ended up on gravel roads that were in the middle of no where. Is 75 a better option?

I've taken I-75 to Rt 6, and it's not a bad drive. Roughly 4 hours, and Rt 6 is a pretty good road the whole way.

Cargo Shorts -

I am in Columbus and drive several different routes but it is mostly two lane roads and looks to only save 20 minutes or so off the 75 and 6 route. I would stick to 75-6 especially if you do not have reliable GPS and there are frequent construction detours and small town speed traps on the back roads.
