I know this is gross (hey, im new here) but has anyone besides me swallowed a bug on Millennium before?
Never swallowed one, but I've had numerous may flys on my clothing and face. It makes me nervous to try and ride it at night now since I got contacts, Bug Slatter + Contacts = BAD :P Well, anything in your eyes when you have contacts usually spells trouble.

Rollbacks - 1 - Opening Day 2005
Last TTD train of the night (6-23/24).
I squint more on MF. Nothing worse than something in your eye with or without contacts.
And yes, Ive had bugs blown in my face and mouth, esp at night!
Yes I have to, On MF, TTD and Mantis. They also leave skids marks on our shirts. ;)
Quote from a Corkscrew ride op, "And Dragster is down again"
Yeah I have on Millennium Force. I was in the front seat at night. On the way down the first drop, I had my mouth wide open and a bug hit me in the back of the throat. Needless to say, I kept my mouth closed for the rest of the ride. My arms were covered with bugs too. *** Edited 5/21/2005 7:43:02 PM UTC by Jethro***
Season Pass Holder-2003/2004/2005/2006
Try having a bug go up your nostril and then we'll talk. Sickest thing that ever happened to me.

Magnum still rocks.
Had a couple of bugs splat on my glasses [once on MF, once on Raptor] and one on my arm.
I won't ride MF without glasses for fear of a bug splatting and exploding into my open eye. Ugh.

Yesterday morning after our MF train returned to the station, the ride op asked "How was your ride?" followed by "and those of you in the front seat, did you swallow any bugs?"
Cracked me up. I know how important it is to keep your mouth closed early in the morning, at night, and during muffle head and mayfly season.
Gotta take your chances on the bird doo doo, though.
I'd rather die living than live like I'm dead
My friend swallowed a bug at Cedar Point a few years ago...
At the end of the ride he said, "Mmmmmm... breakfast!" :)

Last year my sister and I rode Millennium Force with a front seat ride during a peak mufflehead swarm. After the first drop she rode with her shirt pulled over her face. I had about a hundred bug splats on my shirt, face and arms...so did she. I also had the displeasure of having a bug hit my eye while wearing contacts. I've never had my eye turn so red. It was NOT a good time...but the ride had us laughing. We were shocked by the bugs. When we pulled in the host said "Millennium Force riders, how was your meal?"
Nothing worse than a bugsuck first thing in the morning. It's not exactly the jelly filled treat I think of for breakfast, that's for sure. I've only ever had problems in the front seat of MF (or any of the coasters for that matter). I think the front seat riders kinda act as a bug deflector for the rest of the train... lol. Been pelted by lots of bugs in the front seat, but don't remember actually eating one.
I did have a birdstrike on TTD once. Everyone was picking feathers out of their hair and shirts! The poor girls in the front seat also had bird guts to deal with. Felt bad for them *ick*. Was hanging out in the first aid station waiting for an overheated kid to cool down. Was chatting with one of the EMTs and they said they did have a guy come in that hit a bird on MF. Needed several stitches on his forhead. I gotta think that is pretty rare though. At least I hope so.
