Kinda new commercial?

On UPN Detroit last night at around 11:10 they played their commercial from last year. They had Millennium Force footage, Magnum, Wicked Twister, Snoopy Rocks! On Ice, Raptor, etc...but they didn't have Dragster, so I figured they were just replaying the commercial from last year.

But then, at the end, instead of saying last years' slogan "Feel the Fun", they used this years' "Absolutely Amazing".

What I'm wondering is why they would play last years' commercial and just change the ending instead of editing out some stuff like maybe Snoopy Rocks! On Ice and put in footage of Dragster?

Did anyone else catch this?

Yes, I think there playing this commercial untill Dragster gets up and running.

Well, yeah, I was thinking that too, but they'd been playing the regular Dragster commercial the entire week that Dragster was down, and now they start the playing the one from last year.

Just wondering why they're doing this. :)

They're doing this because TTD is down again and customers have been suggesting to CP that if they know TTD is down they should not be advertising to come and ride it! CP is doing the right thing by pulling the ad until they are comfortable it will be up for a while. What does that tell you?
