Do they let you on Jr. Gemini and WE without any problems, or do you need to use some tricks?

You do not need someone small for Woodstock Express. This summer my friend and I both over six - feet tall rode with no problem, other than a slighty tight fit.------------------
Race For The Sky.... at 120mph!That's cool. If I had known that, I would have never waited so long to ride it. I loved it.

How does Cedar Point define "kid"? I'm 14, which makes me legally not an adult, and therefore a "kid" of sorts, but do they have an age requirement or something along those lines?------------------

I think once you get over 12, they consider you an Adult. 12 is the age cut off for the trick or treating at Knotts's Camp Spooky (to get the candy, and they were even giving out free stuffed draculas which older kids were denied), to get into the playhouse, etc. But the rides used height limites.
