I'm from Lincoln Park,Mi, about 30 min from Kalamazoo and I am a season pass holder, and yes I'm going opening day also.
And only 3 day's left.

I don't know if there are two Lincoln Park's in Michigan but the one I know is about 2.5 hours East of Kzoo.

Woh!!! WAS I WAY OFF. I REALLY don't know what I was thinking. Guess I'm just tired, it being 12:00 and all. Sorry for the mistake. :)

Dragster04,

45 minutes north of K-Zoo here!!

I'm not going opening weekend, but I'll be going a lot this summer. First time season pass holder!! Michigan's Adventrue is the hook up for seasons passes. Its $10 cheaper, no line, super friendly people and valid at all Cedar Fairs parks. How sweet is that!!

What route do you take to CP. Last summer, we took 131 south, through Constantine, to 80(toll road). It was such a straight shot. I think total it took us a little under four hours. Screw taking 94 or 96, waste of time and frustrations.

Where do you usually stay when you go to CP?

Grand Rapids here as well and a first time MA season pass holder....I'm going this weekend for CP opening day, but I'm going from Detroit....Stay at my parents Friday night and take my younger brother with me...still not sure how we'll go, I kinda prefer the turnpike because even for the 3 bucks it costs its safer than 2, or at least feels safer...
hey, from kzoo, i always take I-94 east to I-69 south to I-80 east all the way to 250 west to sandusky. i have taken 131 south and that is slower. taking 69 to the tollroad is by far the fastest route. when i leave early in the morning (around 5:30-6) to get their by opening time, i have made that trip in just under 3 hours driving about 80-85 because there is such little trafic i just set cruise control and never have to let off it. with a seaon pass i dont think it is worth the $ to stay at one of CP hotels. i usually stay at the best western or somewhere within a couple miles. in our group there is always 4 of us so we divide the hotel room 4 ways and its very cheap. we stayed at the breakers last year and it was nice but not worth the $. for me and my friends we get to the park when it opens and stays till it closes and we never leave, so it doesn't help us that we are within walking distance of our hotel. there are so many hotels in the CP area that you will easily find a good deal with a nice room. so you can get your id for season pass at michigan adventure? i had no idea. what times can you go up there and it will be open?

regular buisness hours (9-5ish) M-F....I went a couple weeks ago to get mine, took maybe 5 minutes, and they've got a day in June for season ticket holders with a bunch of specials and stuff....
