Kalahari resorts to be purchased? (by cedar fair?)

My parents used to have seventies-era Playboy and Flash pinball machines in their rec room. Man, those were fun. But when they broke down, it became harder and harder to get them fixed. Parts were at a premium and it was difficult to find anybody to do the work. They finally gave up the ghost about ten years ago.

The Stern machines over the last few years have really been excellent in terms of "stuff to do" on the playfield, which is very reminiscent of the Jurassic Park machine (six-ball play isn't easy to get, but so worth it when you do). I really like the RollerCoaster Tycoon machine, which I keep trying to talk Gonch into selling (he won it in an RCT2 competition). :)

Because most of the parts now are pretty standard, going back really to the Data East platform, they're not that hard to come by. The Pinball Shoppe here in Cleveland has sold me a couple of switches.

Yeah, I just can't bear to part with it. Sorry, Jeff.

Right now it's under wraps in the garage. There's just no room for it at this place. Never even considered that when we were looking. Next move I'll make sure there's adequate space.

I haven't played in so long, it'd be like the first time all over again. Before we moved I had the machine down to a science.
