June 25-27

Hi, everyone - been lurking & enjoying the past couple weeks. (And picking up some great information & history - great site, Jeff)! My husband & I are driving out to CP Sunday June 25 (may or may not go to the park Sunday night), and for sure will be there Monday & Tuesday the 26th & 27th. (The five year old is staying with Grandma - this is a serious coaster mission this time, not for the under four feet tall set!) Anyone else going to be at The Point then?

I'll be there on Monday. I will have a navy blue Raptor t-shirt on that has a bird on the front, and green cargo shorts on. I know for sure I'll be there when the park opens, but after that, all I know is I'll probably start out at Magnum, THE POWER TOWER, and Gemini, and work my way around the park the back way. I'll hit MF at night for sure, too. You really should too if you haven't yet.

I'm there this Monday through Wednesday (I actually get there Sunday, but I'll be too tired from the 14-hour drive to do anything). Wish I could tell you what I'll be wearing, but I haven't packed yet :)

We'll keep an eye out - can't tell you what we'll be wearing - but we should be fairly easy to spot as a couple - I'm 5'5", 115 lbs, with chin-length hair (reddish again, since I managed to get to the hairdresser this week):). My husband is 6'3", 210lbs, with short dark hair & glasses. He'll be the one looking at MF and saying, "Look at that, look at that, ooh, doesn't that look great?!", and I'll be the one saying, "Well, I can't chicken out, since I told everyone I was doing it. Man, does that look high!":)

I'll be there Monday, i will have some sort of CP clothing on, I think, and I will be on magnum most of the morning. Then I plan on shooting video the rest of the day!

Dan, I would like to be in the video. Is there anywhere that you are going to start filming in particular? I should be on Magnum first thing, also. I described what I am wearing above, and I guess I should say that I am about 6'1", and 220 lbs. I am 15 young years, also.

I saw you sitting down on one of the benches near Corkscrew between 2 & 3 pm yesterday, Dan, and I thought, "Do I know him?". I thought about it until I was in the queue for Power Tower, and was thinking, "Duh, that was Dan from GTTP!". I had seen your picture on your site, and you were even wearing the same Magnum shirt that you had on in that picture!
