June 14th and 15th

I will be at Castaway Bay the 14th and at CP on the 15th. Taking my daughter down for her 8th grade trip. Note to others, a lot of schools here in the Downriver area, south of Detroit, take there trip on the 15th of June.

Look out for the bugs.

I know Mr. Scott, We were there last year, same time, for my Son's school trip and they were pretty bad. Thank god for the screened in porches at Castaway Bay, at least we could sit outside in the evening.

Have a great time at Castaway Bay! I spent some time there when there was snow on the ground and CP was closed. To have CP open AND staying at Castaway Bay would have probably put me on the wrong side of the dirt. ;)

Hmmm, The 15 is my birthday (24 yeah baby!) Maybe I should make a birthday trip out? I think I probably will, of course if it is goig to be crowded I don't know how long I would stay :)

Nothing worse then a face full of bugs, unless you're silly enough to open your mouth up, and get a mouthful.

We won't be arriving untill late afternoon on the 14th, Daughter has a half day of school, taking finals. We stay at the Bay so her and her friend can have the run of the place, without Dad {me} being a worry wart, also takes the weather out of the picture, as far as it being to cold for Soak City. Last year, on the same dates, it would have been to cold and windy to swim outside so the Bay worked out great. We will be at CP bright and early for our ERT on the 15th, my Son had a ball last year when we got in early and all of his friends that came with the school, and rode in a bus, had to wait to get in. We had 2 rides in on Millie by the time they got in at 9:30, LOL.

Just made my Castaway Bay reservation for the night of June 14th. Will be at the Point all day on the 15th. Anyone else going to be there?

The 15th is my birthday and I am really going to try and make at least a partial trip in, hopefully by then I will have the money to get a season pass :)
