July 29th and 30th

My fiancée and I are going to be at CP on July 29th and 30th. Since she will not go on TTD I am looking for a riding partner. This will be my first time on TTD, and I want to sit in the front row. If anyone will be there, let me know.

As a single rider you might get an empty seat by a preceding single rider. Might as well hold out for it.

Meanwhile, make some new pals in the queue. You may have plenty of time to do so...

I second Playa's recommendation. I went on one of the Joe Cool days in May, without the wife---she's only now getting geared up for Magnum. If there is one line in the park where people are talkative, that's the one! Everyone is excited/nervous/what have you, and the wait is long enough that you get bored talking with who brung ya.

I think the easiest place to meet would be by the entrance to TTD.

I'll be there both the 29th and 30th. The easiest place to find me is in line for the Magnum. Just go upto the employee working entrance and ask him/her if "Magnum Robert" is in line. If the answer is "no" then ask the employee if he/she is new (the regulars all know me, but Magnum has had a few cross-trainers lately, who may not).

Mox I am going to try to be at TTD first thing in the morning. Maybe I will see you there. I will have a black red wings hat on, blue jean shorts, and a white t-shirt. My name is Chris.

I am also gonna try to hit TTD first thing, tryin to out-run some of the crowds anyways. Who knows what i'll be wearing, most likely khaki shorts and a light colored t-shirt, along with a hat of some form. I answer to "Mox," so just shout that out to see if I'm nearby...
