Hey Everyone !
So, I have never ever been to Cedar Point, but I am a HUGE fan of theme parks! Myself and 4 other of my girlfriends are taking a little road trip to Ohio this upcoming weekend. We're leaving the 15th and staying at the All American Inn and Suites ! We'll be hitting the park on Saturday and Soak City Sunday. Ive been doing some searching around lately, and just wondering if anyone has some last minute advice for us?? I assume that the park will be extremely busy considering it's a saturday, but any tips at all I would really appreciate! Thanks a lot !
OH and also ... we are all young girls 22 - 24 ... and Saturday night we were looking for a little nightlife haha I know sandusky is a small place, but does anyone know of any bars? Even little pubs maybe? Or nice restaurants near by?? :) We are just 5 Canadian girls looking for some adventures ! !
One more thing lol ... does anyone know if CP has an Old Time Photo's place ??

My advice from my trip there last year...skip Soak City and do Cedar Point both days. We did Soak City on the 2nd day and all I could think of was why didn't I go back into Cedar Point??? IMHO there's nothing extraordinary about Soak City compared to other water parks, but Cedar Point...well that speaks for itself.
2nd Lifetime CP Visit on June 7-9, 2006
Hey Sasha!
I'm also coming down this weekend from out of town and I was looking for night life as well. Three 22 year old guys from Milwaukee, so if you find anything let us know! I promise we are not creepy :)
My best tip is to drink alot of water. You don't want to be passing out on the midway! You can get free glasses of ice cold water at any food service station that serves fountain drinks. Make sure you say a CUP of water. ;)

Won't you be tired after a full day at the park?
Not everybody is tired after a full day at the park. The only time I feel tired is on the trip back because it is so long and boring.
THanks for all the advice so far ! And yeah, im sure we'll be a little tired, but I mean, we're young and away for the weekend, we're gonna want to have all the fun we can ! ! :)
One more: CP does have an Old Time Photo. It is on the Frontier Trail next to the Red Garter Saloon.

Ah! Sorry for the quick reply, I was on my iPhone at work!
In any case, no, I do not have a mullet, so that's not a worry heh... I appreciate the concern. Nevertheless I'm also probably headed out on the town on Saturday night for a little relaxation and the like. Hoping that we can find a reasonable place that isn't full of soccer moms sipping mamosas.
Nevertheless have fun with your trip!
Is this post for real??????
There's just something about it all that doesn't seem on the legit side to me....(and I realize Canada is the new Amsterdam, but still)
I'll be at CP over the weekend, and my buddies and I would be cool with meeting up, but there's just something that tells me maybe I should tell my sister or roommate where I'm going to be on Saturday night, and when I'm expected to return....as in I *will* be returning, and have not just disappeared and run off as a globe trotting coaster enthusiast!
But all kidding aside, if you are for real, then let's meet up Saturday night somewhere...check your PM's!
And mulletman, let's just hope we get out of this weekend with our kidney's still intact!! (as that donor list isn't getting any shorter!)
