Hi, my family will be buying season passes this year and I wondered if we all need to buy the Joe Cool memberships or can just one person buy one and get the benefitsfor the family? Also, is it worth t? what kind of discounts do you get w/ it?

You get in an hour before everyone else to ride the major rides. The cost is $15. You 10% at the Snoopy Boutique. Get good seats at the centenial theatre and snoopy on ice.  Here check this for more information. Click Me Its worth it if you like to ride the popular coasters with no wait. And you can watch the ride hosts get the other rides ready for the day. Watch the blood sweat and tears that makes cedar point special. :)

You would have to buy a JCC membership for each family member to get some of the benefits(i.e. In order to get your whole family in the park early you each need a JCC membership).

Blue Streak Adam, the CP link to Joe Cool says that you get in 30 minutes before the park opens. Am I missing something or maybe was it an hour last year? My family has our certificates ready for redemption. just wondering.

It was an hour early last year. Its true, it is only 30 min early this year, but you get in earlier alot more often than last year.

It might be worth it this year but not last year!!

Honestly, I think the ERT portion of Joe Cool was a better deal last year.  First of all, it was a full hour, and secondly, it was more rides (at least 4 or 5 instead of just 2).  When you think that its only going to be two rides, and the resort guests are supposed to get in too, the E in ERT might not be so E.  But then again, I don't think those three people that were riding Magnum during last year's JCC days will extend lines all that much at WT and MF. :)  And the number of days will help also since not everyone will go to every day this year.  I think they way they have it this year makes much more sense (seeemed like kind of a waste to send enpty trains on Magnum and probably Mantis and Raptor for an hour), but if I were buying the JCC pass, I would say it was a better deal last year.
