Joe Cool Club

i looked around the forums for a thread regarding this but couldn't find one, so i've created a thread.

Anyways, i'm looking into buying a season pass for myself this year and i was looking at the Joe Cool Club as well. From what i've read so far, it seems like a decent 15 dollar investment, but i want to know from those who have it. Is it worth it? Also, can you take another friend in with you for the early entrance?

You cannot take another person in for early entry.

Aside from that, I don't have it (I have an MA pass) so I can't say whether it is worth it or not.

I did find out that having a sister park pass gives you at least the early entry ability of the JCC.

Just the early entry factor of JCC is worth its weight in gold. Last Wed. I was able to get in 2 rides on Raptor (first and fourth train of the day) and 2 rides on Skyhawk (first and third of the day) by 9:45. You just cant beat it, also if you check CP.com under JCC there are discounts at various shops and food vendors at CP. I have also heard of local Sandusky Restaurants giving discounts to pass holders.

I've had it for the past 2 years and its definatly worth it. Besides the ERT, I've used it for other various things. Such as the discount at Midway Market, $2 off on-ride photos, etc.

yes... the discounts really would make it worth it. The only downside i see is the fact that you cant bring in another friend for ERT. good stuff. thanks alot!

I've had it for 4 years now and it is definitely worth it. You also get discounts on some of the games too like the basketball shooting ones, if you are into that.

I love my Joe Cool...I love the fact I can ride Mille before the lines get really long! Worth the 15$ to me.

Two years ago they had a Joe Cool luncheon on Sundays and we really liked that. Anyone know if they might start that again?

I kind of doubt it... especially considering that the benefits this year are exactly the same that they were last year. :( I don't think they ever had a great turnout for the luncheon either.

Yeah,I kind of figured that DBCP. I was just hoping anyway. I know when we went that only a few of us were there.

I had the JCC last year primarily for the parking pass option. Now that that isn't necessary, I chose not to get the JCC again. Why, you ask? Because quite honestly, I never got up early enough in the morning to use the early entry, except on Coastermania, and we chose not to use it then and went to Bob Evans instead. If you get to the park early enough, I'm sure it's great. If you value that extra half hour of sleep like I do, it isn't worth it. :)
