Jeff's Clues

I wouldn't at all be surprised if the Bon-Aire Wing bit the dust in the next few years and "Breakers West" was put up. It'll be interesting to see how they try to make it look attractive. To me, the tower looks okay from the beach side, but really looks poor from the park side. There was someone who once said that the tower was constructed in such a way (angles, etc) that another one could be built very close next to it without ruining any of the views.

One observation that I made, is that Millennium Force uses the slogan "The future is riding on it." Now they are "Building for the Future."

Hmmm....Would that be the land that they are talking about? Would it be the Intamin track? What do they really mean? You have made a great observation. Hopefully we aren't reading too much into it, but what if the two slogans do go together?

I think it is pure coincidence.

Oops, I'm sorry...I didn't mean to say the expansion was for Breakers East. I meant to say the planned expansion for for Breakers EXPRESS. The plans called for building another wing out back so there was, in effect, hotel wings surrounding the pool. Sorry for the misinformation.

As for the Hotel Breakers. I do think Bon Air will come down eventually but the rooms are in pretty good shape. Granted they are smaller but there are some really nice "suites" on the end of the tower near Soak City.

Even Disney recognizes the need for less expensive accommodations for families and Bon Air is serving that purpose, to some extent, for on-point accommodations.

Fox Sports Cleveland maybe? Or even NBC/ABC/CBSEast coast. I think they change around which cities they take the feed from. That could be a possibility.

Oh but of coarse they are getting a new stand-up. That would make a ton of sense to build a stand-up version of Xcel. (note the sarcasm)

They won't be getting a stand-up Rocket that would be frickin absurd and very painful.
