I doubt this is an attraction that will be billed for next season -- why? It's built in 2001, opened in 2001 (very shortly), and will be making money in 2001, therefore it's an attraction for 2001. I think that part of the decision to build it now and debut it so late in the season may be to help draw guests to the park for the later part of the season, especially the end of August and September, when the crowds really tend to drop off. Also, it seems fairly easy to build, not taking months upon months as a new coaster would, so why not put it up now? The earlier the better, the more profit it will make in the long run.
