is TTD down today?

i am looking at camera 2 on the web and i see no people coming off the ride and what appears to be no one in line whatsoever...

boy would it STINK if TTD was down on opening day...tantamount to SFGAm having no V2, DV or RB...

well, back to the Webcam....

it aint the size of the arrow, its what you do with the bow....

I have seen many many people on the ride and coming off the ride on webcam 2 and it looks awesome wish i was there! Also, you cant see the line from webcam 2 so dont bother looking for it.....and every once in a while you can catch the train going over the top
I just saw both ttd and millie running at the same time on camera 3.
Believe me, it's running. I was there this morning.
It's been running all day... well, up until 3:30 when I left.
you left at 3:30??? what's wrong with you?
It appeared that Top Thrill Dragster was down later in the day, at about 5:30-6:00. we were riding other stuff, and we never saw it go over for the longest time...

We left at 4 too. After 4 hours in line with a cold wind,I had enough. We ate at Johnny Rockets and split soon after. Was just nice to be at the park and walk around,I will save hardcore coaster riding for a warmer day.
I RODE IT!!!!!!!! I RODE THE BEAST!!!!! IT WAS THE BEST 40 SECONDS OF MY LIFE AND I ONLY HAD TO WAIT 3 AND 1/2 HOURS FOR IT. When we left the line got up to 6 and 1/2 hours long thats crazy just wanted to tell you guys that this ride is the best!!
The trains were only launching like once every few minutes, hence the long waits- just wait until we get the extra brake parts in and the ride ops work out the kinks.

Wow... I just got back... rode TTD TWICE today - the first time, waited about an hour and a half (SPRINTED from Resort Gate with Joe Cool), second time, waited 5 hours 45 minutes. No, I am not exaggerating - I got into the queue at 2:30 (full queue) and got on the ride at 8:15. The wait was probably even longer than that in the morning, because the line was both a full queue and it extended down to the PT entrance, plus in the morning they weren't hitting as good of intervals. By the way, they ran 3 trains all day (green, blue, red) and the capacity was downright awful. They ran two trains in a pair (they switched up which two were paired together) and then one train single. In between the two paired trains, the dispatch interval was consistently around 1:20, but between one of the paired trains and the single train, the interval was at least 2:20, if not more than 3:00 at times. There were also spans of 15 minutes or so when no trains launched - it appeared that this was the time that they would switch up which two trains are paired together. LONG day...

World's first strata-coaster!

Majin Heero, actually, the line went quicker at the beginning of the day, i got on in 3 1/2 hours when i got in line at 9:20. but when i got in line for TTD at just about 10 till three, i wated over 5 hours. You might of seen me in line, i was in the group of 8 or 9 that kept yelling and harassing the employees that kept walking up and down that other line. it was sure worth the wait both times though

I figured they launched once about every two minutes, putting their hourly capacity around 360 pph.

Yeah, thier capacity was definately low yesterday. Thank God for Joe Cool Club, my wait was only an hour and a half. A couple of friends came with me that didn't have Joe Cool and they had to wait 4 hours. I guess for them entering the resort gate was still an advantage because by the time my girlfriend and I got off the ride the line was like 5 1/2 hours and started down by Power Tower. I would consider the ride worth any wait though.

Honest truth told to me by marina gate readmissions host:

Host: Hand stamped, two cents.

Me: That's cool, I think I have two cents.

Host: I better not take it, by the time you leave here its all you'll have.

The capacity was nil today. I ran as fast as I could from the marina gate to TTD. I still had to wait for two maybe two and a half hours (I don't remember exactly). I talked to some people while my friends were looking for stuff at the Pagoda Gift Shop. The couple I talked to had to wait seven hours. I don't care how good a ride is, seven hours is a ridiculous wait for a ride, especially one that is only what thrity seconds long. One thing to note is that the trains were set to hold 12 riders instead of 16 (one car was missing off of the trains). Another thing to note is that there were only three trains as Majin Heero points out. Me, Sam (AKA Avalanche Sam), Phil (AKA Mr. Magnum), and Brian (no GTTP name) were talking to a CP sweeper and he told us that the reason that there were only three cars per train rather than four per train was "maintainance problems." He couldn't get any more specific without losing his job.
