Is the rain affecting park attendance?
Is the rain affecting the attendance at Cedar Fair parks in the eastern part of the US? Are the parks empty on the days it is raining?
Rain always deters some guests, but for the most part I've seen nice crowds at Cedar Point on poor weather forecasted days.

That's Ridiculous™
It was reported by several news outlets three or so weeks ago that attendance was slightly down at the Cedar Fair parks so far this year. Though the report didn't elaborate, I would venture that an unusually wet May (at least compared to the last two years) at least contributed to this.
But what do I know.
The "report" was just a rehash of what the press release said. It also said the normal disclaimer that the majority of their business is July and August.
