Is Skyscraper going away?

I was doing my daily read throughs of stuff relating to the amusement park insustry and saw Screamscape point out that the Skyscraper is no longer listed on the Challenge Park page. Anyone else hear anything about the possibility of Skyscraper being removed?

It's been brought up here before and they said no. I think it's just an error on the website.

Yes, it's been brought up multiple times on here over the past couple of years and the ride still hasn't gone anywhere..

Okay thanks. I never looked at the Challenge Park stuff on the website before to notice whether or not it was ever even there to begin with.

I don't think that part of the websites been updated lately, bacause it still says the challenge park has a Subway.

you guys said the mantis would never become floorless. maybe they would take it out.

No one in this thread said Skyscrpaer would never be removed, they simply stated that this has been asked many times before and to this day Skyscraper remains. Seems like statements of facts to me.

Mantis never was and never will be a floorless coaster, as it was a stand up coaster that no longer exists.

Unless it is costing them more money to run than they make from it, Skyscraper probably will never be removed due to its tiny footprint.

You just said it in your post, SSL488, "screamscape". Don't rely on that site, it is full of rumors. I never rely on screamscape for any park info. :)

SS will keep posting that it's going away and eventually it will and they'll use it as "proof" that they knew about it first.
