Is it time yet?

Well everyone, it's officially the spring time and almost time for CP to open their gates...Today I went to my first carnival of the year...I just got back and I'm very excited now...After sitting around all winter with nothing thrilling to do, I finally got to ride some good rides...Of course, they're nothing like CP, but they will do the job for me...I feel a little better...Just curious if anyone else has been as desperate as me and gone looking for cheap thrills to get you through this last stretch of the off-season.

Well, since I moved to Texas at the end of last summer, I've gone thru hell this winter, not knowing when I'd be able to make it back up to the Point. Right now, I'm planning on getting up there late May - early June.

But, I went to Six Flags Astroworld a few weekends ago to tide me over... it was alright, but in no way did it compare to CP. ;)
