Iron Dragon Lift Chain Snap

Are you sure they backed it into the station instead of pulling it up the lift and letting it complete the course? Backing it down by somehow disabling the anti-rollbacks does not make a lot of sense.

IMHO that sounds like they've ordered a new chain.

Intamin must have made that chain.

I'd agree that it has to be an Intamin chain as if it were a B&M Iron Dragon would have a 54" height requirement.

There's work happening on the lift hill right now

They pulled the train back into station, releasing the anit-rollbacks...ID is suppose to open by the afternoon of the 3rd.

So today? Or did you mean the 4th?

Iron Dragon will not open today (July 3rd)
