Invalid Credentials??

Tried logging on to the website. I get 'invalid credentials'. I know I have the right information because it automatically fills in. Logged into the app ok but my pass was missing. Was able to add it back. Anybody else having this problem? Their software leaves much to be desired.

Checking now, and yes, I'm getting the "invalid credentials" error from the website too.
Also, I was at Great America today and end of day my all season dining and drink plus plan quit working.
I was finally able to get a meal but my drink plus has been reduced to drink. So no icee for me. ) :

And this is why I continue to use my physical pass--you know, the way you gained entrance into Cedar Point before digital platforms came along to save the day. In fact, I just upgraded my 2025 Gold Pass to a 2026 Prestige Pass this afternoon. It is now parked on my physical pass. I realize that if I lose it I will not be issued a replacement physical pass. And yes, I also realize I used the internet to do this. And to post this comment. Ironic, isn't it?

I lost my physical card. I have my pass on the app, on my wallet, and a picture of it in my photos,. I also printed out the photo, laminated it, and cut into card size. I always make sure I have that in case my phone has issues. I did all that last fall after my app pass disappeared overnight while on a Carowinds trip and was unable to add it back until they fixed a glitch (their word) in February.

I feel like there are issues every year around renewal time. More than once I have had the meal and/or drink plan for the current year disappear when I renew. And it's usually multiple trips to guest services where I know they haven't actually solved the issue but they insist they have.

I have my pass saved both in my Apple Wallet and as a screenshot so I'm not dependent on the app to bring it up. But I misplaced my physical card over the offseason. Fortunately with the digital wallet and screenshot I've never had any issues.

The format of your pass doesn't matter; it's only as good as the information it's linked to.

I still have a physical Platinum pass and it works the same as my Prestige digital pass. I use the physical pass when I want to enter the park without phone & wallet so I can bypass lockers.

I have my receipt and confirmation email so I'll get sorted out once I'm back home at the Point.

Is there an in person solution at the park if I show up and I can’t pull up my app or pass? Is guest services able to get me access to the park? Wondered this a few weeks ago upon entering.

They can actually look up your pass at the entrances based on your name and address. A visit to guest services wouldn't even be needed.

Can they look you up at parking too? That would be the more pressing matter in the moment. Just curious.

Hmm I'm not sure on that one. In theory I'd say most likely, because they're using the same system as the gates. But I've never witnessed it either way so I can't speak on that definitively.

Tried logging on today. Success. Didn't send information to Cedar Point. Either someone else reported it or they figured out that they had a problem.
